Justin Saliga, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Co-Owner / COO

Justin is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Joint Therapy Solutions. Prior to starting Joint Therapy Solutions, he spent many years working in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine settings where he saw a considerable need for high-quality clinicians in the home health setting. He joined a large home health company as a part-time employee and eventually took on many leadership roles including supervising a full-time team of clinicians. He also played a key role in the development of a new company branch as the Director of Sports Performance and Rehabilitation where he was responsible for developing and managing multiple satellite facilities.

In 2011, Justin graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology from the University of North Texas. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2015. While at UTSW, he obtained his CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) to better serve the athletic population. Justin played many sports growing up and has always had an interest in “how things work,” including the biomechanics of the human body; which undoubtedly drew him to a career in Physical Therapy.

In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Amanda and three young boys Jude, Kian, and Cy. He is an active member of his local church and feels he has been called to serve others.
