SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Joint Therapy Solutions, LLC (“Joint Therapy Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 
1. SMS Program Description

By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages from Joint Therapy Solutions, LLC, you agree to receive individualized, two-way conversational and operational SMS messages from us.

Messages may include:

  • Responses to your inquiry or application

  • Clinician onboarding communications

  • Therapy staffing and visit-coverage opportunities

  • Visit availability and coverage requests

  • Scheduling and service-area coordination

  • Documentation and administrative reminders

  • Meetings and other work-related communications

  • Responses to questions or requests you submit

 

Joint Therapy Solutions does not use this SMS program to send promotional marketing, third-party advertisements, or offers for unrelated products or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by entering your mobile telephone number and selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on an authorized Joint Therapy Solutions website form.

 

The consent checkbox is not selected by default. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment, entering into an independent contractor relationship, purchasing services, or otherwise doing business with Joint Therapy Solutions.

 

You may also initiate a text conversation with Joint Therapy Solutions. We will respond to your inquiry as permitted by applicable law and carrier requirements.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Joint Therapy Solutions, current staffing needs, and your interactions with our team.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service plan. Joint Therapy Solutions does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS program.

5. Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Joint Therapy Solutions.

 

After you submit an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that telephone number unless you later provide consent again.

 

Opting out of SMS does not prevent Joint Therapy Solutions from contacting you through other appropriate methods, such as telephone or email.

Service providers may process information on our behalf when necessary to operate our communications systems or provide services to Joint Therapy Solutions, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

9. Protecting Patient Information

Do not send patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, complete street addresses, medical records, photographs, or other protected health information through ordinary SMS.

 

Patient-specific referral and visit information must be accessed through Joint Therapy Solutions’ authorized secure systems, including CareStitch or the applicable electronic medical record platform. If you receive protected health information by text in error, do not forward it and notify Joint Therapy Solutions promptly.

10. Changes to These Terms

Joint Therapy Solutions may revise these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this webpage with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
