SMS Terms & Conditions

1. SMS Program Description

Therapy staffing and patient-visit opportunities
Visit availability and coverage needs
Scheduling and service-area coordination

Joint Therapy Solutions does not use this SMS program to send unrelated third-party advertisements or sell third-party products or services.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting an online form with the SMS consent checkbox selected, providing written or verbal consent, initiating a text conversation with Joint Therapy Solutions, or using another authorized consent method.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment, entering into an independent contractor relationship, purchasing services, or otherwise doing business with Joint Therapy Solutions.

Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Joint Therapy Solutions, current staffing needs, and your interactions with our team.

Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile service plan. Joint Therapy Solutions does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS program.

After you submit an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from that telephone number unless you later provide consent again.

9. Protecting Patient Information

Clinicians should review patient-specific referral and visit information through Joint Therapy Solutions’ designated secure systems, including CareStitch or the applicable electronic medical record platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

Joint Therapy Solutions may revise these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this webpage with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
